You’ll find some of these testimonials in condensed form on the Tennis Elbow Program and Golfer’s Elbow Program pages – (Where you can also join, if you’re not a member yet!) Below are the full, un-abbreviated success stories and reviews as submitted (with only minor, grammatical corrections).
“I kept teaching and playing full time and was able to get rid of my Tennis Elbow”
…fortunately, I found Tennis Elbow Classroom, signed up and got immediate relief the next day – while I was playing and teaching
I kept up with the program and after 60 days or so it was about 60 or 70% pain free, and after about 90 days I was 80/85% pain free and then after 120 days I was close to being pain free but not quite – maybe 95%
And a short time after that, within the next couple of months, became 100% pain free.
And note that during this time I took no rests or breaks. I kept teaching and playing full time and was able to get rid of my Tennis Elbow.
So, since then, I have recommended it to many of my students and they have recommended it to their friends – Everyone has gotten similar results
Several people have commented that they were contemplating quitting tennis and have now been able to keep playing tennis and have gotten rid of their pain.

“Back on the tennis court for the first time…”
This weekend I got back on the tennis court for the first time… and I really feel like I’m making progress…
Don’t wait as long as I did to get started. I had my injury 8 months ago. I waited for 6 months figuring I would heal on my own, and I didn’t…
…I think this is a good bargain. It’s a great way to get “medical care.” Hope you’re back on the tennis court soon!

“Now I’m back on full climbing again!”
…I was suffering from a pretty serious Golfer’s Elbow in my Left arm and a slight Tennis Elbow in my Right arm. I’m a practicing climber. I love to climb and it’s very tough on my elbows…
Now I’m back on full climbing again …both my shoulder and my elbows are out of pain when I’m climbing. I’m super happy for that!…
I’m super happy with the program…. I found the videos super good and very detailed… It has also helped some friends of mine at the climbing gym.

“The following week I played 9 holes with no pain”
I’m a 56 yr. old active male who was sidelined by a bad elbow a short time ago:Back in Oct 2016 I started to feel pain in my left elbow, lateral side, while windsurfing, which happens to be my passion. Within two weeks I had to stay off the water. Shortly thereafter I had to give up golf.
Rest wasn’t working. Distressed, I saw my doctor who prescribed Ice, Naproxin and Voltaren cream. Tried that for a week with little result.
Then I came across your website and after studying the content decided to give it a go. The reward far exceeded the risk.
Well after two weeks of following your instructions carefully I was out playing 9 holes with little to no pain. The following week I played 9 holes with no pain, period!
I think that within a month I’ll be on the water windsurfing again. If someone had told me this was possible back in Dec. 2016, I would have laughed and said you’re dreaming. Well the dream has come true.
Thanks a million.
UPDATE 2/13: I played 27 holes over the weekend with no pain! Still amazed with how quickly your treatment worked. Once the water warms up a little I’ll get back out on the board! Can’t wait.

“…suffered with Tennis Elbow for nearly my entire adult life… and I am [now] completely pain free.”
Having suffered with Tennis Elbow for nearly my entire adult life, I stumbled on Allen’s program while surfing the web.My first thoughts were “yeah, sure,” but then I saw the prices and decided I had nothing to lose.
After following the program for as little as a week I began to notice less pain.
Let me back up here and explain, I’m a very active 57 year old motocross rider.
I put up with this elbow pain forever, and usually during the races, adrenaline would block out the pain; however, there were times I had to stop for the day and hope to race another weekend.
Fast forward to now, I’ve followed Allen’s program and exercises, and I am completely pain free.
I’ve recently qualified to race the amateur Regionals with hopes of going to the Nationals in Tennessee.
I can saw unequivocally, I would not have made it this far without Allen’s program.
If you are reading this, what have YOU got to lose?

“It was the best $57 I ever spent”
Dear Mr Willette, First let me say it was the best $57. I ever spent. In July of 2016 I tore the Lateral Epicondyle tendon in my left arm during a difficult sand bunker shot.
My club dug too deeply into the sand and my swing stopped before I got to the ball.
The pain was excruciating. I have dealt with Tennis elbow and Golfer’s Elbow before and knew that Cortisone shots would not work.
I did have an MRI to confirm the micro tears in the tendon. There was no nerve damage.
I went on line and found your site. I purchased your on line healing regimen and followed it 4 to 5 Times a week at first then less as pain subsided.
It took almost 6 months for me to get to the point of almost no pain and then I started the process of strengthening my elbows.
By the way I had Golfer’s Elbow in my right arm at the same time so it wasn’t easy to do both butI persevered.
I used your strengthening techniques, flex bars and elastic bands to get my strength back.
I started playing golf again in April 2017 and played a full season with little or no pain.
I use a very good brace on my left elbow just to ensure I was not going to put too much strain on the healed tendons.
I also went to a sports physical therapist (golf specialist) who was able to show me why it happened, changed some aspects of my swing and showed me some great stretches for warming up before I play.
But your program set me on the right path and I thank you immensely for helping me.
I am almost 70 years old so I have to stay in shape and stretch different parts of my body including my arms and shoulders.
You opened my eyes to the fact that a short term fix like a Cortisone shot would not work.
It did take time and patience.
Thanks very much again. You really know what you are talking about!
— Rod Mezzina, Connecticut
“Now playing (tennis) pain free again”
I had a bad case of tennis elbow. Used your suggestions for recovery and now am playing pain free again.I followed your therapy suggestions very carefully and shared your site with my other tennis friends.
Even driving, I would do the therapy and every chance I could while healing. Thank you so much – I couldn’t be happier.

“Within 24 hrs I could hold a cup without pain”
Hi Allen, Teresa here from Australia.I found your website when I was at my wits end and Googled “sick of tennis elbow and want to play golf.”
I was diagnosed with Tennis Elbow in April this year when it got to a point that I couldn’t hold a cup or go about usual everyday chores including work.
I had 5 weeks rest from golf and had numerous sessions with a physiotherapist, acupuncture and massage. The pain had not settled at all and I couldn’t return to golf.
I followed your program and I can say within 24 hrs I could hold a cup without pain.
I immediately stopped icing and used heat and massage, stretched 3 times a day and was back to golf the next week.
I continued the program religiously and no longer have Tennis Elbow.
You didn’t mention using a massager but I used one following your instructions which made for easy work.
Thanks again for your help and glad that I found your website.
Here is a photo of me back playing golf in Fiji. I no longer wear the elbow brace.

“Thank you for your excellent resource that helped me overcome my Tennis Elbow pain”
Hi Allen, Thank you for your excellent resource that helped me overcome my Tennis Elbow pain. Here’s my story:In February, following a normal Friday weightlifting regimen focusing on biceps and triceps strengthening, I noticed some delayed onset muscle soreness late that evening.
I didn’t think much of it until that soreness persisted for 1 week, then 2 weeks. Then I started to have typical Tennis Elbow pain that spread into the right forearm.
Thankfully, an excellent Massage Therapist recommended I try Allen’s website after seeing no significant progress with rest and massage therapy for a few months.
As a healthcare provider myself, I appreciated Allen’s instruction on anatomy and the rationale behind his approach.
I was impressed by Allen’s clear instructions and practical application, and found the techniques he taught to be similar to those that the Massage Therapist had used to successfully treat other injuries I have experienced previously.
However, Allen’s instruction was targeted for this specific, stubborn, nagging Tennis Elbow pain that in my case I learned also had a significant tricep component that required treatment.
I have made a near complete recovery by this point, and did so without even being as dedicated to the program as I should have been (I didn’t spend much time doing the exercises but did focus a lot on the Pin And Stretch technique).
I really appreciate what Allen taught and I actually use many of the same principles when I experience muscle or tendon pain in other areas of the body.
— Stanton W.
“After very little time I noticed significant improvements… A little while longer and I was back to all the activities I enjoy”
I’m an active person, lifting weights, hockey, tennis and baseball are all activities I enjoy and what caused me to have severe Tennis Elbow. So I got a cortisone shot and the next day I was ready to go. A year later it all came back so I got another shot, this one lasted 6 months.
The third lasted a couple of months and the last didn’t really work at all.
So I decided to stop all those activities that I loved and rest my arm. Not much improvement and I was going squirrelly, maybe even a bit depressed.
I google tennis elbow and stumbled onto Allen’s site. As I read it, I knew it was the right place, I couldn’t purchase a membership fast enough.
After very little time I noticed significant improvements that made me stick to the program. A little while longer and I was back to all the activities I enjoy.
Can’t thank Allen enough.
— Dorian Miller
“The elbow is healed and I’m very grateful!”
I had severe tennis elbow, probably from mousing at my office job.Since I work at a hospital, I found a lot of advice from doctors, physical therapists and coworkers on how to treat it: rest, braces, stretching, frequent icings, different mouses.
After two months, the condition was not improving and I was quite depressed. I felt the chances of my elbow healing were very low.
I did some more Internet research and happened upon Allen’s free YouTube videos. His suggestions and explanations made so much sense. I immediately paid for a gold membership to his Tennis Elbow Classroom.
The Anatomy Class video helped me understand the condition, and as I followed the exercises and stretches on the videos, my elbow began to feel better within a few days. Now the elbow is healed and I’m very grateful!…
But Allen’s teaching goes farther than just ameliorating the condition–he has much to offer about preventing it from happening again.
I’m very grateful I found Allen’s Tennis Elbow Classroom. His work is revolutionary and it’s wonderful that it is available via streaming and downloading.

“Last week I hit the two longest drives of my life!”
About 8 years ago, my wife, of all people, suggested that I “take up golf” because “you need a hobby” to take you away from work for a while….It’s been a love affair ever since. That’s why when, this past January (2013) I developed a short pain in the tendon of my right elbow, I gulped deeply; was this “hobby” being taken from me? The pain was so bad I could barely lift my hand up to my face let alone swing a golf club.
I rested the arm for several months and things didn’t get any better. Golf season was approaching so, in desperation, I went to see my doc who recommended a cortisone shot; voila all the pain went away! I was healed; or so I thought.
I began to play golf again but alas within two months the pain was back and this time worse than ever.
At the beginning of July this year I was fortunate enough to stumble upon tenniselbowclassroom.com and signed up because, “one more set of exercises or explanations probably won’t make the situation worse than it already is.”
I was pleasantly surprised to find that Allen gave detailed explanations as to why traditional treatments for tennis elbow not only didn’t help but actually made the situation worse! I signed up; began the 3-3-3 program and began to make immediate progress.
Within a few weeks I began to swing the club again and though I’ve tried to limit my playing (Allen’s recommendation) as I continue to work on my elbow, my handicap index has dropped into the single digits for the first time in a couple of years.
Several months ago I could barely hit a golf ball; last week I hit the two longest drives of my life, 370 and then 385 yards! On consecutive holes!
My elbow is not completely better but now I have the confidence that if I stick with the program it will continue to improve.
I can’t say enough about the quality of the instruction on the videos; Allen is crystal clear; you won’t find yourself wondering if you’re doing the techniques correctly. In addition Allen answered a couple of follow-up emails personally which was great!
All the best to those of you who try Allen’s program, you won’t be disappointed.
Sincerely,
— Fr. Allen Doerksen, St. Matthew, Anglican Church, Abbotsford, B.C. Canada
“I’m back doing all the activities — cooking, yard work, tennis and throwing — that used to be agonizing”
Allen is an honorable guy who offers a program that really worked for me.Having tried everything — 2 cortisone shots, 2 rehab stints, endless Flexbar, Theraband and weight exercises, wraps, creams, etc. — my Tennis Elbow was only getting worse.
Near wits’ end and not wanting surgery, I found Allen’s course online and figured I’d risk the money and give it a try. I found his intro video a bit odd but what sold me was his passion for the subject and the fact that he himself had suffered career threatening tendon injury.
Clearly, this guy knew quite a bit about the condition and since the conventional wisdom about the Tennis Elbow (i.e. Cortisone shots and Flexbar twists) had not helped me one bit I went for it. I’m so glad I did.
I’m lucky in that I live near enough to Allen’s office to have him personally work on my elbow, which I’m sure sped up the process. However, I continued to diligently perform the stretches and exercises prescribed in the videos and I’m sure they helped loosen my arm, build strength and speed my recovery.
The result? In 3 months my arm was nearly pain free. Now it has been 4.5 months and I am back doing all the activities—cooking, yard work, tennis and throwing—that used to be agonizing.
Considering that I had the condition for nearly a year before meeting Allen, that’s quite a recovery.
I have two friends, both orthopedists, who are also suffering from Tennis Elbow. They have tried cortisone and platelet rich plasma, and their elbows have only gotten worse. After seeing my results they are itching to try Allen’s program too.

“Within the first week, I experienced 75% improvement in my pain, and within two weeks, the pain was GONE”
I developed Tennis Elbow a couple years ago, and went through the usual physical therapy regimen: RICE. Rest, Ice, Compression, Elevation PLUS anti inflammatory medication (in this case, ibuprofen).I did the exercises very dutifully for several months but still got no relief.
Finally, I used good old google and found Dr. Willette’s website. His 100% satisfaction guarantee basically made it an easy decision to try something different, basically 100% opposite what my PT was advising.
Within the first week, I experienced 75% improvement in my pain, and within two weeks, the pain was GONE.
What is even more amazing is that I no longer wear ANY kind of brace, no wrist support, no elbow strap, NOTHING, and the pain has not returned.
Anytime I feel some tightness, I just do what “the doctor” ordered, repeat the treatment (much less than I needed to initially treat it) and I’m good to go.
THANK YOU SO MUCH DR. WILLETTE!!!!
— Nick Yee, Anaheim, California
(You’re very welcome, Nick! And for anyone reading this, I’m a Neuromuscular Therapist – Not actually a Doctor – Just so that’s clear – Allen Willette)
“Suddenly, the pain began to lift. I haven’t felt even a twinge since”
Two years I had very bad Tennis Elbow (outside) in my left arm (from playing golf right handed).Painful to play, painful to practice. Resting didn’t help.
I began doing your exercises and pointed massages over the winter.
Two months of little change, and then suddenly, the pain began to lift. I haven’t felt even a twinge since

“Precisely the detailed, logical information I’d been seeking”
Guitar-playing is something I could not imagine living without, so you can imagine my frustration – even fear – when I began experiencing wrist and elbow pain each time I practiced about six months ago.I searched the internet for advice, not really trusting my local doctor to do anything more than give me a course of anti-inflammatories and perhaps a session or two with a physio. I even feared more extreme treatments might be recommended, such as cortisone injections and even surgery.
Reassured initially by the claims of self-healing procedures on the internet, I began doing regular exercises, which did actually help a bit with the wrist pain, which I’d self-diagnosed as some sort of carpal-tunnel syndrome. However, the elbow pain, if anything, just seemed to get worse.
Fortunately, on the point of giving up self-treatment and resigning myself to the probably inadequate advice of my general practitioner, I discovered the Tennis Elbow Classroom. This struck me immediately as precisely the sort of detailed, logical information I’d been seeking all along.
Already, right at the start of the process, having worked through the e-book and free introductory videos, I feel in very good hands and am once more full of hope that I can finally free myself of elbow pain once and for all!
— Julian Poole, Dorset, UK
“I’ve found only one comprehensive program”
I have had Tennis Elbow for some time and it keeps coming back.I’ve tried physiotherapy and have found it expensive and not comprehensive as very little attention is given to educating me as to what I can do at home or the nature of my problem.
So I’ve gone online and there are many videos on You Tube, but I’ve found only one comprehensive program. This program cost less than one trip to my physiotherapist and gives me stretches, exercises and knowledge that would take over a year of visits to my physiotherapist to accumulate.
My advice: give it a try, the lessons are what you need, sequential and there is little downside and it does not mean you have to stop any other therapy you are involved in.
— Randy Smith, Stoney Creek, Ontario, CAN
“I went from excessive pain to manageable pain to pain free”
Allen, you get it. After our phone interview almost a year ago, I went “ALL IN” with your videos for my TE which I suspect was caused by the heavy amounts of Fly Fishing I do.Each night, i started with warm moist heat to the area, then moved into the pin and stretch technique and followed that up with a few of your exercises.
I did them at DAYS END BEFORE BED, so my muscles could recover, rather than in the middle of the day where I would continue to use them and perhaps over stress them.
I went from excessive pain to manageable pain to pain free.
— George Shave
“Within a few weeks my symptoms were completely gone”
When I turned 60 I began attending an exercise class at the local gym which included lifting weights, aerobic exercises etc.About a year later, while performing household repair work at home and frequent use of a screw driver, I found myself in pain with tennis elbow.
This affected my ability to use my computer at work in my law practice and inhibited my everyday activities at home.
I used a brace for several months and avoided exercises and weight lifting that aggravated the problem with no success.
Finally someone in my exercise class told me that he had successfully used Allen’s program to treat and heal his tennis elbow and recommended I give it a try.
I ordered Allen’s videos and within a few weeks my symptoms were completely gone. I have had no issues with tennis elbow since.
I highly recommend Allen’s program for successfully treating tennis elbow.

“Get’s you on the road to recovery”
I am a newcomer to the Tennis Elbow classroom program. I was skeptical as I started to review the material but I now believe this will lead to my full recovery. I immediately started the program.
The information is very easy to follow and can be done by yourself. Easy to understand, easy to follow, and most importantly gets you on the road to recovery.
— R.C., USA
“I was able to cure my Tennis Elbow myself within about a month”
I am a full-time yoga instructor and due to an intense teaching schedule and practice I was suffering from an acute and classic case of tennis elbow.
I tried a number of therapies from chiropractic and massage to deep needling, acupuncture and specific stretches. Nothing seemed to be working.
It was suggested that I get a cortizone shot. I was very concerned about this and thus started to research the side effects. It was during this research that I came across the “Tennis Elbow Classroom” site.
I have never before purchased anything online but I was impressed by what I read and desperate! I followed the exercises and massage techniques for about a month coupled with the moderate use of an anti-inflammatory gel called “Valteran”.
With the help of the program I was able to cure my Tennis Elbow myself within about a month.
(I was suffering with it for almost a year!) I would highly recommend this program if you would like to take your care into your own hands and see results.
— Alison Irwin, Canada
“In less than a month I was pain free – Highly recommend”
I had tried a variety of treatments. Bands, exercises, etc. Nothing worked. I found this site and decided to give it a try.
In less than a month I was pain free. About a year later my wife was developing symptoms of tennis elbow. Immediately started the program with her and in weeks the pain was gone. Highly recommend.
— Charles Krueger
“Doing lots of physical activities I was unable to do for months”
Thanks Allen, Very happy with the investment.
After over 12 months of pain, physiotherapy, acupuncture, and a couple of different exercise devices, I was several hundred dollars out of pocket with no improvement.
Since starting your treatment plan I have made significant progress with healing my Tennis Elbow. The information and visual material you provide is clear and instructive.
It gave me the confidence to do the massage process knowing that it was helping even though it was hurting.
I made a lot of progress in the first few weeks and since then have just been occasionally doing some massage, exercises and stretching. It probably would have been completely healed if I had applied myself a bit more intensively for a bit longer.
When I say completely healed I am only having the occasional twinge which clears up as soon as I do some massage, exercise and stretching. I have been doing lots of physical activities that I was unable to do for months and months.
It was a bit of a balancing act working out when to ease off from the massage treatment, and how much other physical work to start doing again, but it definitely works.
As I am writing this I am deciding to get disciplined again about doing the massage, exercises and stretching daily until it completely heals. Gratefully,
— Adrian, Australia
“I had one of the worst cases of Tennis Elbow my two Doctors have come across in a long time…”
Where to begin, wow that is a tough one, but i will try and be short and to the point. Well i guess it started back in February of 2012 when i was trying some forearm exercises and did not take any breaks or recovery time in between my sets and i pushed real hard until one day i could not even lift a small empty 8 oz cup.
I thought “ooh no” what have i done. At first i thought i would just let it rest for awhile but after almost three months had passed i thought i had better see a doctor. After finally consulting my family doctor he recommended a Orthopedic surgeon.
Upon initial examination of my injury’s i was told i had severe lateral epicondylitis or the better known “Tennis Elbow”. I was told to take ibuprofen and ice it often, plus i had a cortisone steroid injection in both my arms.
Ooh yea did i not mention that i had Tennis Elbow in both arms, oops my bad. Any way after nearly a year and 3 more cortisone injections i was finally told to go to rehab. I was beginning to think all hope was running out.
Even after 3 more months in rehab there was no improvement in sight, then finally my insurance cut me off with no hope in sight, i thought i was going to have to get surgery, but surgery was not a finale cure as i was researching the subject.
My orthopedic doctor said “sorry son no Guarantees”. Now remember i have this in both arms and no cure to speak of, so i thought. I started looking on Youtube and any information i could get to try and solve this problem on my own.
I saw many self help sights and suggestions all over the web, some even sounded promising but none where making any sense to me until i stumbled across Allen Willette website. I saw his tutorials and explanations of this debilitating problem and the light went on.
I thought “FINALLY” someone who knows what they are talking about. I mean come on, everything he talked about from stretching properly to cross friction made more sense to me then all the doctors and orthopedics combined.
For me it was a no brainer. For 37 dollars i had all of Allens knowledge and skills to use and cure what seem to be incurable.
All i can say is that i had one of the worst cases of Tennis Elbow my two doctors have come across in a long time and none of them had any idea how to handle it except with surgery, and that was not an option for me.
If you want to save yourself alot of money, time, grief and pain, give yourself the best treatment in the world and check out Allen Willette’s Tennis Elbow Classroom and get the facts.
Ooh and by the way, after nearly 18 months of this and only 3 months with allen i am 98 percent cured.
I want to personally Thank Allen for all you have done for me, you gave back to me what no one else could and that was my life and peace of mind.
THANK YOU, with best regards,
— Richard E. VonReichestein, Wyandotte, Michigan, USA
“Thanks so much for this program! I was, in fact, doing everything wrong!”
I have been fencing for about a year and have been having trouble with Tennis Elbow in BOTH arms for about 18 months.
I tried PT and had a cortisone injection in each elbow on different occasions. My left arm is manageable now but my right has been VERY bad since it is my fencing arm.
I started your program about a week ago and have to say that I am happy with the results. The pain is far less and the tightness is subsiding greatly.
I fenced on Sunday with a loose support on and the arm felt great. I am looking forward to continuing to do the treatments and stretches and moving up to the exercises soon.
Thanks so much for this program! I was, in fact, doing everything wrong. I will be sharing your program with all the fencers at my club.
I will add a video when my progress increases. For now, I wanted you to know that I am happy and grateful so far.
