Consider Posting A Comment Instead
Subscribers and visitors, in particular, please consider posting your question as a comment on one of my articles for the benefit of other visitors instead of sending it to me privately through this form.
Chances are, others are wondering the same thing, and I can afford to put more time and thought into answering knowing that it’s going to be for the benefit of all members and visitors here.
You don’t have to use your full name or even your real name and your email is for my eyes only and does not get posted – But I will send my response to you by email, so you don’t have to check back for my answer. (Please make sure there is a clear question or I might assume it’s just a comment!)
If your question relates to treatment, here’s a page with links to posts on that subject: Tennis Elbow Treatment

Troubleshooting Tips For Video And Log-In Problems
If the video starts playing but “hangs”
If the video starts loading and playing but “hangs,” or “stutters” (keeps buffering) especially if you didn’t watch it all the way through (you paused it and did something else for more that a few minutes, for example)…
First try refreshing / reloading the web page.
If that doesn’t work is it possible that your Internet connection is too slow?
(It might be worth logging out and then logging back in again.)
If you get an “Error loading stream: Could not connect to server”
If you try to view the videos and get an error like “Error loading stream,” “Stream Not Found” or “ID Not Found On Server” – it may be because of a corporate firewall or “content block.”
This error could happen if your Internet connection drops out, or the video hosting service fails, but it seems to happen most often to members who are on a corporate network – whether at the office or at home using a company’s VPN (Virtual Private Network.)
The simple answer is to switch to your personal Internet network at home. (Or if you have a Platinum or higher membership, and access to Wi-Fi, try viewing the videos on a ipad if you have one.)
The technical details: Corporate firewalls sometimes block traffic that isn’t HTTP – And the members’ videos are streamed over what’s called RTMP to your computer, a protocol that often gets blocked.
If you’re able to use an ipad, the members’ videos will stream over HTTP instead (automatically) and the corporate firewall probably wont block them (if you’re able to watch YouTube videos at work – or over the VPN at home – then HTTP streaming is not being blocked.)
If it’s important for you to be able to watch the videos at work, or on the company VPN at home, then ask your network admin / IT people if they can configure the firewall to allow RTMP traffic.
Problems Logging In To The Members Area
Are you a new member and haven’t been able to log in at all for the 1st time, and end up being redirected right back to the “Membership Options” page?
Just contact me right away. Don’t keep trying. I will be able to fix it very quickly. (Once in a while the system fails to register you as a new member.)
Are you logging in to the right place? Make sure it’s through this link:
If you’ve logged in successfully before but you’re unable to log in now, has it been more than 3 months since you joined? (Membership is for a fixed, 3-month period and yours expired.)
If you’re still an active member, try this sequence:
- Clear your cache (How to clear your cache for every browser type)
- Close your browser (Close it entirely – not just a “tab”),
- Restart your browser (It’s best to wait 30 seconds between closing and restarting),
- Log in again (and try to play a video again)
If it still doesn’t work contact me through the form above and include the details of what happens, as well as what browser and operating system you’re using.
